Northern Monk Brewery is a Leeds-based independent brewery known for its innovative and experimental beers. Founded in 2013, Northern Monk quickly established itself as one of the leading craft breweries in the UK. The brewery’s beers are known for their bold flavors and complex aromas, and they have won numerous awards, including the prestigious Gold Medal at the World Beer Awards.
Northern Monk’s core range of beers includes the Eternal Pale Ale, a classic pale ale with citrus and tropical fruit flavors; the Refractor Hazy IPA, a hazy IPA with juicy fruit and hop flavors; and the Heathen Black IPA, a black IPA with roasted malt and citrus hop flavors.
